Our Executive Director, Sam Clifford, will be leaving FRS before Pesach to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Jewish Women's Aid. We wish Sam the best of luck and are excited to launch the process to look for her successor. 

Synagogue Director
Hours: Full Time (we would consider 0.8 FTE)

Salary: £52 - 55,000
FRS is looking for a motivated and inspiring individual to lead our professional team and work in close partnership with our clergy team and council.  We are looking for someone with the vision and leadership to oversee our strategy and community engagement, alongside the overall operations and administration of the synagogue. 

The successful candidate will have experience of working successfully at senior management level with a not for profit or membership organisation, and the ability to manage and inspire teams. They will be able to project manage across a varied synagogue programme, while working with a vibrant and engaged community - this is an excellent opportunity for a talented senior leader to work in a thriving and growing synagogue.
