Betty's Bike
​​​​​Are you looking for a place to work, to meet a friend, or just to sit and relax and chat with others? Look no further than the FRS Atrium! Come and spend time with the community, and enjoy a cup of coffee from Betty’s Bike, our fabulous cafe. These are the cafe's opening hours:
Mon: 10am-2.30pm
Tues: 10am-2.30pm
Wed: 10am-2.30pm
Thurs: 10am-2.30pm
Fri: 2.30-6.30pm

Betty's Bike is an FRS initiative, run by volunteers, with all profits going to FRS.

Cafe Culture is our community space on weekday mornings, in conjunction with our wonderful cafe, Betty's Bike. It's very informal and there's no need to book – just come along to the Atrium  and spend time with other members of the community doing what you enjoy. 

Please note that Betty's Bike and most of the Cafe Culture groups meet on a termly basis and do not meet in school holidays (apart from Meet and Make)

Meet and Make
10am-12pm, every Monday 
Bring your own project and sit with like-minded people, chatting and crafting. Knitting, crochet, embroidery, cross stitch, quilting, paper crafts and any other portable craft projects welcome.

Jews' Views of the News 
10.30-11.30am, every Tuesday
Come for an informal, faciliated discussion on the topics of the week.

Baby and Toddler Group
10.30am-12pm, every Thursday

A chance to connect with other parents and children at FRS!
10:30am: 30 minute session with Curtis from Galaxy Fitness (for those already toddling!) - this will have a £5/session charge
11am: play area and Betty’s Bike serving tea, coffee and cake in the Atrium
