Booking

Q: Where are services taking place:

The services will be taking place at the following venues:

FRS: 101 Fallow Court Avenue, London, N12 0BE 
StoneX: Stadium Greenlands Lane, Hendon, London NW4 1RL

1st Day Rosh Hashanah services (Tues 23rd Sep) will take place at StoneX Stadium.
Kol Nidre and Yom Kippur Day services (Wed 1st and Thurs 2nd Oct) will take place at StoneX Stadium.
All other services will be at FRS.

Q: Booking and when will I get my ticket?

Non-members (visitors or guests) please click here to book.
Members do not need to book other than for Simchat Torah.

Everyone needs a ticket which, as in previous years, will be in the form of a lanyard insert. Tickets must be brought with you to each service. 

The lanyards themselves can be collected at services.

Members will receive their tickets in the Tree of Life magazine arriving early September. Non-Members will be able to collect their tickets at their first HHD service or can contact the office email to arrange collection in advance.

Q: I have lost my lanyard insert, what do I do?

Don't worry, a spare copy will be available at the first High Holy Days service you attend or to collect from FRS. 

Accessing Services Online

Q: How do I join on Zoom?

Main services from StoneX and FRS will be multi-access and available on Zoom.

Please note we will be using our usual Zoom passwords.

Transport and Parking

Q: Is there parking at StoneX Stadium?

There is considerable parking space available at the StoneX Stadium. You do not need to book in advance.

Q: Is there parking for Blue Badge holders?

Parking for Blue Badge holders at StoneX Stadium is available and does not require booking.
Parking for Blue Badge holders at FRS is very limited and must be booked in advance here. 

Accessibility and Inclusion

Q: Are all the venues accessible?

Our venues are accessible. Please let us know by email or call if you have accessibility requirements so we can support you.

Prayer Books

Q: What machzor (prayer book) is being used, and do I need to bring my own?

We will be using the new MRJ High Holy Day machzor (prayer book). We only have a limited number available so please bring your own.

Youth and Education

Q: Will there be activities for children and teenagers?

Yes, the Youth and Education team are planning a great programme for the High Holy Days. You can find out more about our Youth programming here.

Q: Will you be offering a crèche?

We are delighted to offer a crèche for pre-school children at StoneX Stadium, 1st Day Rosh Hashanah Tuesday 23 September 10am - 1pm, Yom Kippur Thursday 2 October 10am - 3pm). Spaces for this free service need to be booked in advance and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Book your space here.
