Susan Reuben
Director of Programming
I oversee all our adult programming, from social gatherings to social action, from talks and courses to residential weekends. I also look after our communications, including our community emails, social media and this website. I entered Jewish professional life after 20 years in publishing, editing children's books.
As well as working for FRS, I'm also a devoted member. Cantor Zöe Jacobs first lured me here to join the choir (which is led by the wonderful Mich Sampson) – and I found myself unable to leave. Now I take pleasure in many aspects of community life, but it is still the singing that brings me the most joy.
I'm married to Anthony – a BBC journalist – and we have three children age 15, 12 and 9.
