Hi everyone! I'm Made, and since July 2025, I have had the immense privilege of leading our Families, Youth & Education team at FRS.

With over 20 years of experience in Jewish-Zionist education, my career has been a journey of empowering young people and developing leadership within Jewish communities globally. From my roots in Argentina's Jewish community and Zionist youth movements, to making Aliyah and living in Israel for 15 years, and even serving as a Shlicha in Rio de Janeiro, every step has reinforced my commitment to this vital work. I've been fortunate to blend theory and practice, having studied Education at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and pursued a Master's in Educational Technology at the University of Haifa, all while directing various educational initiatives.

As a Jewish-Zionist educator, my core objective is to inspire and develop the potential within our youth, ensuring vibrant and engaged communities for the future. In my role, I'll be working closely with all families associated with FRS, and also those interested in becoming part of our community. I'm especially excited to lead and support all our educational programmes for youth, including much-loved initiatives like Massuot and Kochavim, and many others. I'm also a mum to two wonderful children, which keeps me grounded and deeply connected to the realities of family life.

Outside of work, I'm absolutely loving the opportunity to explore the UK. You'll often find me embarking on new adventures, whether it's hiking a scenic trail, enjoying a peaceful garden, or simply discovering the charm of a new park – there's so much to see and do in this country! I can't wait to meet more of you and begin this exciting chapter together.
