Can FRS help you to write your will?
FRS can offer advice through Howard Harris (see below) on your will, estate and tax planning, but this is NOT a will writing service. Howard is a full member of STEP.
There are free simple will documents available, but if in doubt, please contact a professional for help.

Progress matters with a meeting
FRS member, Howard Harris, is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser and a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Howard has many years’ experience of advising on estate and IHT planning as well as drafting wills, trusts and on probate.
If you would like to arrange an initial without obligation and without charge consultation with Howard to discuss your circumstances in further detail then please contact the FRS Office.
If you would like to make a contribution to FRS for this meeting (although there is no obligation) please let the Office know, either prior to or following the meeting. In the event that you wish to instruct Howard, this will be undertaken through his firm HAT, Chartered Accountants, and Howard will discuss terms with you prior to undertaking any engagement.
