Ruth Nieman, Author of The Galilean Kitchen will be joining us for a SOUL FOOD demonstration.
Come and take part in a discussion, demo and tasting of a traditional (and tasty!) Middle Eastern Freekeh dish.

Israel with all our Might...
Tuesday 14 May, 6pm at FRS

We’ll be raising money for ‘Project Benji’ by using our own physical and mental strength in a variety of ways.
Come and use your body in a way that works for you; there will be a range of active challenges to raise money in memory of Major Benji Trakeniski z”l
