Louise Soloway Chan was born in London,  studied painting at the Bath Academy of Art, and moved to Hong Kong as Artist in residence with the British Council in 1994, where she still lives. 

She is best known for her large colourful installation of 3D bas-relief panels in Sai Ying Pun MTR station, which captures the changing face of local street scenes, markets and traditional shop-fronts around Western district. She will tell us about her work.
