Nicole Valens
 

I am a Council member with responsibility for Safeguarding and am part of the Safeguarding Working Group.

I joined FRS in 2019 when I moved back to London  from Somerset, where I have been living with my two daughters for the past 15 years.

I am a social worker with specialised experience in mental health and older adults. I currently work for the Association of Jewish Refugees, where I manage the social work team and have responsibility for Safeguarding. I am also a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist.

My role on Council is to have overarching responsibility for Safeguarding, ensuring our young people and vulnerable adults are kept safe.
