All FRS Members and FRS Friends* are invited to attend the 
64th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Finchley Reform Synagogue to be held on
THURSDAY 20th MARCH 2025 at 8:15 pm

The business of the meeting will be: 

- To approve the Minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting 
- To receive the Annual Review  
- To receive and adopt the Annual Accounts 
- To elect the Directors and Honorary Officers (nomination forms attached)** 
- To appoint the Auditors 

Appointment of proxies: As a member of the Synagogue, you are entitled to appoint a proxy to exercise all or any of your rights to attend, speak and vote at the meeting. The Proxy form can be found below and must be completed, signed and delivered by no later than 10 am on Thursday 20 March 2025 to the Honorary Secretary at the Synagogue Office or by email to hon.sec@frs.org.uk.

If you can attend in person, please join us before the AGM for these opportunities:
* 6:30pm - 7pm – Join us for light refreshments and get to see the people you don’t get enough time to talk with before and after services!
* 7pm - 8pm – “Voices of Israel” launch event. As a community, we have struggled to talk together about Israel. Come and learn from an exceptional panel of experts who will provide insights on how our community can accommodate diverse perspectives and manage conflicting views; fostering an environment where multiple opinions are valued while maintaining cohesion within FRS. Additionally, we will share more information about our new “Voices of Israel” programme, which will feature experts, educators, and inspirational speakers covering various aspects of Israeli life.
