Kabbalat Shabbat Booking Form

We are delighted that you want to join us our services.

Some things to bear in mind, in order to allow as many members as possible to attend:

Each form is for one household bubble only. If you also need to make a booking on behalf of someone not in your bubble, please use a separate form.
Services will take place inside. We ask all attendees to wear a mask and observe social distancing rules.
Please bear in mind that children will need to stay with their parent or carer at all times.

If you sign up but then realise you are not able to attend, please notify frs@frs.org.uk at least 24 hours before, so that we can allow members who may be on a waiting list to take your place.
